Yep, believe the reviews--its the best
I live--and run--in a rural, wooded area. Cellphone reception is spotty at best. Ive used MapMyRun and RunKeeper and the lack of coverage meant Id frequently return home after a run to see that the map was *completely* off, sometimes by 10 miles or so in spots. While I can go back and manually edit the days route, its a drag.
I was delighted to discover iSmoothrun Pro because its digital magic "fills in" those spots where theres no coverage--and it does it smoothly (ha, the name!) and very accurately. Plus, if I still want to keep in touch with "friends" on RunKeeper, ISR gives me the option of sending the days run to RunKeeper as well.
Im an "easy" trail runner (not training for any race, just running for the joy of it) and I like the ability to set different workouts and audio cues (and the ladys voice is *nice* not naggy!). This app lets me run the way I want to and displays accurate results with no fuss on my part.
Whats not to like???
(Well, I did ask for the ability to take a photo and have it in my days run data and, while its not there yet, the developer was uber-responsive and says theyll work on getting it in there, too). Thanks, iSmoothRun.
